Is Flouride Healthy For You?

Most cities in the United States add flouride to the water, even though flouride is a proven toxin, says Dr. Don Colbert in the Book Seven Pillars of Health. Dr. Colbert also wrote: " Flouride helps to prevent tooth decay, primarily in children, but it also partially inhibits a hundred different enzymes in the body.

Moreover, Flouride can interfere with vitamin and mineral functions; it is also linked to calcium deposits and arthritis. According to the U.S. Department of health and Human services, people with cardiovascular and kidney problems, the elderly, people with calcium, magnesium and vitamin deficiencies are susceptible to the toxic effects of flouride.

This blog post is intended to educate you on the dangers of flouride. If you choose to use toothpaste that contains flouride, make sure that you rinse your mouth thoroughly and do not swallow your toothpaste.
