Boost Your Energy by Eating Corn!
Corn is packed with energy boosting B-Vitamins including; folate (strengthens blood vessels and arteries) and thiamine (which regulates enzymes that are key to energy production and brain function) says Christina Pirello, nutritionist and chef, host of PBS series Christina Cooks.
