Natural Remedies For Heartburn

Heartburn is a burning sensation in the chest that occurs when hydrochloric acid from the stomach backs up into the esophogus. Symptoms of Heartburn include: a burning sensation in the stomach and/or the chest.

  • Coffee alchohol spicy foods
  • Tomato Sauce
  • Milk
  • Soda

Recommended Supplements For Heart Burn
  •  Ginger
  • Water and Apple Cider Vinegar:  Add 1 tsp. of  Organic Apple Cider Vinegar to one-half glass of water
  • Drink Green Tea Daily
  • Drink Peppermint Tea before going to bed
