Women That Sip smart Will Lower Their Risk of Breast Cancer.....

Limiting your intake of alcohol to five or fewer drinks per week will lower your risk of breast cancer says, Marisa Weiss., MD, oncologist and president of the nonprofit Breastcancer.org.

Furthermore, study shows that women that drank more than 14 alcoholic drinks per week faced a 24% increase in their breast cancer risk including drinking wine and beer.

According to breastcancer.org, "Significant alcohol use is unhealthy for your liver, which helps regulate estrogen levels in your system. So limiting your alcohol use helps your liver keep blood estrogen levels low."

Classical Music Lifts your mood on the Job!

A recent study at the university of Maryland  and the University of Pennsyvania conducted a study on a group of radiologist who listened to classical music while viewing X-Rays. The Study concluded that the radiologists had better moods and more work satisfaction!

So Turn on classical music while you work, it will put you in a better mood and help you to be more satisfied with your work.

According to Dr. David Rakel, Director of University of Wisconsin's Integrative medicine program, Taking Vitamin D, Capsaicin (chemical found in hot peppers) and White tea all are solutions to weight loss.

New research reports that adding hot peppers to your diet could do the following: cut calorie intake and cut quash the hunger. Furthermore, Dr. Rakel says that capsaicin (substance in hot peppers) could keep one from overeating and speeds up the metabolism.

There was a study done on 38 overweight men and women (placed on a low calorie diet) at the University of Minnesota. The study found that the men and women with higher levels of Vitamin D lost more weight.

According to a report in Nutrition and Metabolism, White tea stalls the growth of new fat cells and triggers the breakdown of fat in excisting cells (2009).

Coconut Oil Helps You to loose Weight!

I first learned about the benefits of taking coconut oil daily while I was reading a book written by Kevin Trudeau, " The Natural Cures they don't want us to know about." I  was amazed to learn that taking a teaspoon of unrefined coconut oil a day could help me to loose weight.

So, I decided to do further research to assure me that this was not a host, but a true statement. In browsing the internet, I found a website called, "Natural News.com." There was a article written by Elizabeth Walling titled, "Coconut Oil Can Promote Weight Loss by Increasing Metabolism Naturally ."

Dark Chocolate Has many Health Benefits

According to Daniel J DeNoon of Web Md Health News, Dark chocolate lowers blood pressure, good for your heart and loaded with antioxidants. Now that's some Good news for those with High Blood Pressure!

Furthermore, the antioxidants in Chocolate gobble up free radicals, destructive molecules that are implicated in heart disease and other ailments, says Mauro Serafini, PhD, of Italy's National Institute for Food and Nutrition Research in Rome.

Italy's national Institite for food also found that milk may interfere with the absorption of antioxidants from chocolate ... and may therefore negate the potential health benefits that can be derived from eating moderate amounts of dark chocolate."

Translation: Say "Dark, please," when ordering at the chocolate counter. Don't even think of washing it down with milk. And if health is your excuse for eating chocolate, remember the word "moderate" as you nibble (2003).
