Tea is the second most popular beverage in the world and it is good for the mind, body and soul. Tea is made from the leaves of Camellia sinensis plants, has a distinct taste and comes in several different colors: green, white and black.

Teas' are loaded with antioxidants and food compounds that work to neutralize harmful free radical molecules, which over time damage cells and contribute to disease.

The Japanese culture use the process of making tea to meditate on the principles of harmony, respect, purity and tranquility. Research suggest that drinking one cup of tea a day, especially green tea, decreases the risk of some cancers.
