Coconut Oil Helps You to loose Weight!


I first learned about the benefits of taking coconut oil daily while I was reading a book written by Kevin Trudeau, " The Natural Cures they don't want us to know about." I  was amazed to learn that taking a teaspoon of unrefined coconut oil a day could help me to loose weight.

So, I decided to do further research to assure me that this was not a host, but a true statement. In browsing the internet, I found a website called, "Natural News.com." There was a article written by Elizabeth Walling titled, "Coconut Oil Can Promote Weight Loss by Increasing Metabolism Naturally ."

In the article, Elizabeth described many benefits to consuming coconut oil daily, including  the fact that it speeds up metabolism. Furthermore, Elizabeth listed many other benefits to taking Coconut oil daily and they are as follows:

  • slows down digestion of food and helps you to feel fuller after meals
  • prevents blood sugar from fluctuating
  • destroys candida (a yeast overgrowth which causes, weight gain, carb cravings and fatique

  • Balances the digestive tract and nourishes all cells in the body
How to consume Coconut oil:

Take 1 tsp a day of unrefined organic or unrefined extra virgin coconut oil. Coconut is also great when cooking eggs or making a stir fry.
