I agree that trying one new thing every day makes a difference. Lately my husband and I have been walking in the evenings to help to manage our weight. We have also tried to drink more water and eat healthier.
Many health professionals would agree that, losing un-wanted weight helps to lower your chances of many diseases such as; heart disease, high blood pressure,stroke, heart attack or even diabetes.
