5 Natural Ways to Stay Healthy

Five Ways to Stay Healthy The Natural Way

1.) Eat an organic apple a day- Have you ever heard the old cliché “An apple a day keeps the doctor away"? Well, it is true. Apples are healthy for us to eat; including helping our bodies to regulate sugar levels and cleanse the liver.

2.) Don't drink tap water- Don't drink tap water!! It is loaded with toxins. Furthermore, the chemicals that we use everyday end up in our water supply, including; pesticides, hair products, drugs that are flushed down the toilets, sewage sludge and so much more. It is safer to drink bottle water. Be sure that it is spring or filtered water. If you can afford it, buy water filters for your sinks and shower heads. Your skin will feel so much softer!!

3.) Walk 1-hour a day- Walking is a great way to walk away health problems. “Walking reduces stress, promotes a thin, lean body. Walking While looking at the world eliminates depression", says Kevin Trudeau.

4.) Add living plants in your home- Do you want to create life enhancing energy in your home? Bring plants and flowers into your space. Try walking into a floral shop; you will feel the positive energy almost immediately.

5.) Use organic sea salt- According to Kevin Trudeau, author of "The Natural Cures they don't want us to know about," table salt is poison. In fact, he says that changing from table salt to sea salt will help you to lose 5-10 pounds in the first 30 days.

Eating Organic is Better for you

Three years ago I decided to try eating organic foods. In fact, conducting extensive research on the benefits of eating organic foods, pesticide use in foods and the truth about tap water, I've decided to go Natural!!

Going organic can be a bit overwhelming at first, so only make a few changes at a time. The first change that I made was switching to eating Organic Sugar, drinking organic milk and eating organic eggs.

According to the United States Department of Agriculture, Organic food is produced by farmers who emphasize the use of renewable resources and the conservation of soil and water to enhance environmental quality for future generations. Organic meat, poultry, eggs, and dairy products come from animals that are given no antibiotics or growth hormones.

Moreover, Organic food is produced without using most conventional pesticides; fertilizers made with synthetic ingredients or sewage sludge; bioengineering; or ionizing radiation. For more information on organic food production visit the USDA website.

Trader Joes is a great place to buy organic or natural foods. Their foods contains no preservatives, pesticides and or hormones. Visit www.traderjoes.com for a store near year.

Happy Natural Living!
